Okay we admit it, there's nothing about this cookie that qualifies it as part of our 'Garden Bakes' family. It started life on our catering menu but we've had so many requests we can't not include it for sale on it's own. A crunchy oat cookie with a gooey salted caramel and milk chocolate filling.
